Flower & Tallow, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) welcomes you to our website (http://flowerandtallow.com) and services. By accessing or using our site, placing
an order, or engaging with our products, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Introduction
These Terms govern your use of our website, purchases, and any interaction with Flower & Tallow, LLC. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase our products.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our website and place orders. By purchasing from us, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
3. Products & Product Information
All products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients. We strive for accurate descriptions, images, and ingredient lists, but due to the artisanal nature of our items, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur. All items are sold “as-is.” Please refer to our Return Policy for details on damaged or incorrect items.
4. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance. Once payment is processed and the shipping label is generated (typically within 1–2 business days), orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods through our processor. Prices are in USD and exclude shipping/taxes unless stated.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship from Florida, US. Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to us or lost due to an incorrect/incomplete address, we cannot issue refunds or replacements. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs (for international orders), or unforeseen events.
6. No Refunds or Exchanges
Due to the handmade, personal-care nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items once shipped. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email mailto: FlowerandTallow@icloud.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item(s), packaging, and your order number. We will review and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit where applicable. Claims submitted after 48 hours or without photos cannot be processed.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flower & Tallow, LLC, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, lost profits, or data loss, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here and take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our site/products shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Osceola County, Florida. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
