Flour + Tallow was born on sun-drenched Florida pastures, where family, food, and faith wove the threads of a timeless heritage. It began on my grandparents’ cattle ranch—where I learned how the land gives, heals, and nourishes us, body and soul.

In my grandmother’s kitchen, the scent of baking pies mingled with garden herbs, and the lessons of love and simplicity were baked into every dish. This is the heart of “Flour”—a symbol of warmth, care, and the art of turning nature’s bounty into everyday blessings.

On the other side of the ranch, my grandfather—an American cowboy through and through—tended his cattle with grit and devotion. The strength and sustenance drawn from those grass-fed cows inspired “Tallow,” our star ingredient, and the soul of our skincare.
