Return Policy
(Effective January 2026)

Due to the handmade, small-batch nature of our products and for hygiene reasons,

we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any items once they have been shipped.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

If your order is returned to us or lost due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping address provided at checkout, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement. Please carefully double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to address errors.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packing every order, but if your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mailto: FlowerandTallow@icloud.com. Include clear photos of the damage/packaging and your order number. We’ll review the situation and work with you to make it right (replacement or store credit, where possible). Without photos or timely notification, we cannot process claims.

Order Cancellations

Once your order has been placed and the shipping label has been generated (usually within 1–2 business days), cancellations are not possible. If tracking information has already been provided, your order is considered processed and cannot be canceled or modified.

We truly appreciate your understanding of our no-refund policy—it helps us keep creating high-quality, small-batch skincare while staying sustainable. We respond to emails as quickly as possible (typically within a few business days) and are always here to help with questions, recommendations, or concerns.
