Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. This applies to all items.
If you do not receive your order due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please send a clear photo to amber.morelandhouse@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can assess the situation. Without a photo, we cannot process claims.
Once your order has been placed and the shipping label has been generated, cancellations are not possible. If tracking information has already been sent, your order is considered processed and cannot be canceled.
As a small business, we may take up to a few business days to respond to emails or inquiries. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
